Terms of Service

NRS Pay is a service of National Retail Solutions, Inc. Contract required. Monthly service fee based on plan. Certain features are non-standard and may require additional charges. $6.95/mo. Terminal Assurance optional. Equipment must be returned in undamaged working condition at time of termination or a fee $350 per device will be assessed. NRS Pay Cash Discount credit card surcharge program is an add-on service that is subject to a different fee structure and additional terms and is not available in all states. Each merchant must certify its eligibility for the program and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, as well as all payment network and card brand terms and conditions. NRS Pay is not liable for merchant’s failure to comply with any such laws, terms or conditions. NRS Pay reserves the right to change the pricing for the Cash Discount program to $49.95/mo. + 3% + 10¢ per transaction, if merchant’s processing average falls below $6 per transaction.
